GENERAL INFORMATION

Payments:
VBP accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Credit Cards online. Your credit card is not charged until the day the order ships. We also accept personal or company checks, purchase orders (with approved credit), money orders and COD orders by phone at (800) 237-9991 or (727) 345-5292. Special Dealer and Warehouse Distributor quantity pricing is also available. Call for details.

Sales Tax:
Is required by law in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Refunds:
Buy with confidence! If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return your order within 30 days for a full refund (less freight). To return or exchange any product, you must call (800) 237-9991 or (727) 345-5292 to receive an RA (return authorization) number. Please print this number clearly on any packages returned. It is important to always enclose a copy of your sales receipt - failure to do so may result in a $30 records search fee.

Core Charges:
Are required on rebuilt products if you cannot send VBP your cores in advance. VBP does not pay freight on inbound or outbound cores.

Core Purchases:
VBP regularly purchases the following brake and steering cores: C3 calipers (Delco, Generic and / or pre-sleeved*), C3 Power Steering Control Valves, Cylinders and PS gear boxes and pumps. *Pre-sleeved calipers - front sleeve OD (outside diameter) must be no larger than 1.995", rear sleeve OD must be no larger than 1.495". Call for current purchase prices.

Core Refunds:
Please allow approximately four (4) weeks for core refunds. They are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Important: Previously sleeved, damaged or non Delco® cores may not be acceptable and may not receive full refunds. Non acceptable cores may be returned to you by request.

Shipping & Handling:
VBP routinely ships worldwide. Most orders ship via UPS Ground Service within 48 hours. The chart lists estimated UPS Ground S&H for the Continental United States only. There are NO hidden charges at Vette Brakes & Products, Inc. The shipping chart below INCLUDES shipping, handling, packaging and insurance. COD orders simply add $8.75. If your freight is considerably more or less, you will be contacted for approval before shipping. Same day shipping is available for an additional $20 on orders placed before 12pm EST. If there is a processing delay with your order, you will be contacted by e-Mail, phone or fax. Use this chart ONLY for orders inside the 48 states. Overseas orders can be very costly - you will be contacted with accurate freight quotes for your approval. VBP also ships via UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, Next-Day Air, Federal Express and the USPS.
